However, if parents are continually late in picking up their child, a late payment fee of £25 may be charged at the discretion of the management team. This will be raised on your following monthly invoice.

Late Payment Fee

Invoices will be raised and distributed by the 15th of each month in advance for the following month. All payments are to be made within 15 days of the invoice date and no later than the 1st of the month. A late payment charge of £25 will be applied to payments received after this period. If payment is not made within an additional 14 days, the child’s place at the setting may be withdrawn.

Please note tax free childcare scheme and voucher payments can take between 3-5 working days to clear in our account, please ensure you are giving enough time for this to avoid late payment fees.
